Marcel Mumbi is the Chief Executive Officer and principal owner of the company, providing overall strategic direction and leadership. He plays a critical role in decision-making at the highest level, approves major investments, and represents the company in external engagements. His leadership ensures organizational growth, sustainability, and adherence to corporate standards.
Mubita Sililo
Mubita Sililo is the Managing Director and a key member of top management, ranking third in the leadership hierarchy. He works closely with the CEO and CFO to implement strategic decisions and manage the day-to-day running of the company.
He is entrusted with making high-level operational decisions on behalf of the executive leadership and ensures that company policies and directives are effectively executed across all departments.
